Booking

No credit card or immediate payment required***  Please select the arrival and departure days, and the number of adults and children (0-12yrs) in your group. System will update the price (including, cleaning fee, linens, towels) for your stay accordingly. There are no additional costs. After clicking ‘Book’ you  need to enter your personal data and you need to accept our terms and conditions by checking the box that says *  Hiermit erkläre ich mich mit den Buchungsbestimmungen und der Hausordnung einverstanden.  We provide a translated version of our * Terms&Conditions in english for convenience only.  If you click confirm booking you will receive an email from noreply@beds 24 with a summary of the submitted data, and another email from us, confirming your booking, along with  our bank details for a bank transfer. Payment needs to be in our account one week prior to your stay, *** if your stay is less than ten days away  we can provide a link to pay online via any card or  via paypal or you can  pay upon arrival with a credit /debit card or in cash. 
Minimum stay is 2 nights. No smoking inside the apartment. No pets allowed. No partys, reunions conferences of any kind. Any commercial use needs to approved by us. Our Terms&Conditions apply. Details about prices can be fornd here.
