The apartment is located on the mezzanine / Belle-Etage of a house built in 1908. Situated in a preferred residential areas of Offenburg it offers a view of the Rhine Valley and beautiful sunsets in winter. It is quite close to the center of Offenburg and yet quiet and green. Offenburg offers a great range of leisure activities and is well located for day-trips to the Black Forest, Baden-Baden, Strasbourg, Freiburg, Colmar and Alsace.
All of the above is less than1 hour away (by car or by train). You will find best routes, tracks and trails for hikers, cyclists, mountain bikers and motorcyclists, along with many things to do for families.
Natural lakes (the closest one only 1.5km), a leisure pool (800m), downtown Offenburg (approx. 1km) are within walking distance. Due to its location close to the center, there os a variety good shopping opportunities and there is also a wide range of restaurants. Since Lola doesn’t like dogs or other cats, pets are not allowed. Villa14 is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking in the apartment is not permitted.
